Slow Cooked Pork stew with Borlotti beans

Finest Pork meat sourced from the Royal Farm of Windsor, slow-cooked for 3 hours at very low temperature with Italian Borlotti beans, rosemary, bay leaves, whole black peppercorn and just a little of mustard seeds and Sicilian tomato sauce. Served with two fingers freshly baked Focaccia ans a side of spinach sizzled in a frying pan with extra virgin olive oil, garlic and chili.
