Main A: a generous slice of home-made Pizza Rustica with cherry tomato, mozzarella and olives (option of additional Nduja topping) + side salad
- Main B: traditional Easter Tiella (quiche) with fresh salmon, onion and spinach + side salad
- a choice of two “occhio di bue” which are large round shortbread biscuits with a topping of hazelnut cream, lemon curd jam or red berries jam.
