2 Neither Prelibato nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on the Website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10 Visitor Material
2 You represent and warrant that that any Visitor Material you post, upload or transmit does not and will not breach any of the restrictions in Sub-clause (c) below.
3 You are prohibited from posting, uploading or transmitting to or from the Website any Visitor Material that:
1 breaches any applicable local, national or international law;
2 is unlawful or fraudulent;
3 amounts to unauthorised advertising; or
4 contains viruses or any other harmful programs.
4 You acknowledge that we will fully co-operate with any competent authority requesting or directing us to disclose the identity or location of anyone posting any Visitor Material in breach of Sub-clause (c) above or any other applicable restriction and you release us to the fullest extent permitted by law from all liability in relation to such disclosure.
11 You agree that Helios Marketing Solutions ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage you suffer from the use of the Website.
12 You agree to indemnify Helios Marketing Solutions ltd for any loss, damages, claims, cost or expense (including legal costs) that Prelibato may suffer or incur as a result of or in connection with your use of or conduct in connection with the Website and any Visitor Material, including any breach by you of these Terms & Conditions.
A Contract with Prelibato
1 We must receive payment in full for the Event Tickets or Products that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our acceptance of your order/purchase brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
2 We want you to book for you and your friends, but please note that by purchasing Event Tickets on their behalf you are confirming that you are authorised to do so on behalf of all persons in your group and you acknowledge that all members of your group agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1 The prices payable for Event Tickets that you order are as set out on the Website are subject to change at any time.

1 We operate a 5 working day refund policy. You can cancel with a full refund up to 5 working days before an Event by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
2 We try to be as understanding as possible. Meaning, if you cannot make the Event on the date appearing on your Event Ticket, and notwithstanding Clause 2.1 above, we will do our best to accommodate you on an alternative date. However, if it is not possible to accommodate you on an alternative date, we reserve the right to decide whether or not to make a refund.
3 If any Event is cancelled by us, we will endeavour to offer Event Ticket holders an alternative date or a full refund.
4 Prelibato reserves the right to cancel, postpone or abandon any Event because of circumstances beyond their control and without any refund whatsoever.
5 This refunds policy does not affect your rights at law, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, which cannot be excluded or limited.
3 Event Admission
Prelibato reserves the right to refuse admission to an Event to any person and/or eject, without refund, any person, at our own discretion.
If any part of these Terms & Conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these Terms & Conditions will not be affected.
1 Third party rights
Except for our affiliates, directors, employees or representatives, a person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the UK Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that act.
These Terms & Conditions (and any non-contractual arrangements arising out of these Terms & Conditions) are governed by the laws of England & Wales and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England
1 Your Personal Information
1 When you visit our Website to read or download information, we log your IP address, which is automatically recognised by the web server. We do not make this information available to third parties, nor do we store or capture personal information. Your browsing is anonymous.
2 We collect certain information about you when you purchase Event Tickets or Products from the Website such as your name and address and the name and address of the recipient of the Event Tickets or Products.
3 There is an option to subscribe to our newsletter on our Website. The system will record your email address and other information only if volunteered to us by you. This information will be treated as proprietary and confidential. If you choose to subscribe we will email you periodically with news and updates.
4 You can request to be removed from this list by emailing or unsubscribe from the link in the emails at any time.
5 You have a right to access the personal data held about you. Any information you provide will only be used to make contact with you directly and for managing Helios M.S. ltd business activities, including analysis of customer’s shopping habits. Tables are available for 90 minutes, after which we will take 15 minutes to sanitise the area before the next booking. This table schedule is in place to allow for sanification in accordance with the Government guidelines. Prelibato, as sign of tangible commitment on your part, will take a booking deposit of £10 per guest payable at the moment of booking. Please contact us if you would like to have an exclusive use of Prelibato or for parties larger than 4.
We respectfully ask that you are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation to ensure the best possible level of service to all of our guests. In observance with the Government guidelines (https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/5eb96e8e86650c278b077616/Keeping-workers-and-customers-safe-during-covid-19-restaurants-pubs-bars-takeaways-230620.pdf) please follow the sign and wait outside Prelibato, a member of our team will greet you and show your table. If you are running late, we kindly ask that you notify us by telephone at your earliest convenience. Late arrivals greater than 40 minutes will dictate the cancellation of your booking as no show and the retention of the booking deposit since we will not be able to complete your service in only 50 minutes.
In order to manage effectively the reduced covers capacity of our restaurant, Prelibato requires a booking deposit of £10 per guest. In case of cancellation, late arrival of more than 40 minutes, or no show the booking deposit will be retained. Cancellation will only be accepted over the phone (01494 677 544) no later than 24 hours before the booking itself. We will issue a refund for the deposit if appropriate. When settling the bill at the end of the service the total amount of the deposit will be deducted from the total. In case the bill will be paid by a different person from the one who made the booking, a refund of the booking deposit will be made upon request and the other person will have to pay the total bill. We are sorry that booking deposit and cancellation charges have become necessary but with a reduced capacity due to Covis-19 we need to make sure that not to have empty tables.
We have comprehensive Covid-19 policies in place to protect everyone during the Covid-19 pandemic. These include increased hygiene and social distancing measures which must be followed by all customers in accordance with Government guidelines. Customers confirm that they, and others included in the booking, are free from symptoms of Covid-19 when making a booking and/or visiting Prelibato. In accordance with Government guideline we have to ask and keep for 21 days from your visit at Prelibato personal details that will be only disclosed to Public Health England in case they need it for Track and Trace purposes only.
We have taken the following steps to make sure that Prelibato re-opens following the Government Guidelines:
- We sanitise many times per day Prelibato utilising Ramsol
- We have adopted digital copies of our menu available by scanning with your mobile phone camera the QR code located on your table and/or single-use menu printed on paper.
- All the condiments are in a single-use sachet that will find on the table.
- Timed Washing hands schedule for staff every 20 minutes + wearing gloves.
- Sanitising gel dispensers are placed on every table, in the toilet, and at the entrance of Prelibato.
- We check the temperature of our Team at the beginning of their shift.
