We are introducing 90-minute time slots for the available tables. After which we will take 15 minutes to sanitise the area before the next booking slot as per Government guidelines. Due to reduced capacity, Prelibato will require a booking deposit of £10 per guest payable at the moment of booking.
Please contact us if you would like to have exclusive use of Prelibato or for parties larger than 4. In accordance with Government guidelines regarding Track and Trace, we need to take to some detail of every Guest in your party which will only be disclosed on request of PHE. There will be a form that we kindly ask you to fill at the booking stage.
Upon arrival, in order to maintain social distancing, please follow the sign and wait outside Prelibato. A member of our team will greet you and show you to your table. If you are running late, please notify us by telephone at your earliest convenience. We accept cancellation without retaining the booking deposit up to the day before your booking date (within trading hours 10.30 am to 22.00 pm). Cancellation will only be accepted over the phone (01494 677 544) no later than 24 hours before the booking itself. We will issue a refund for the deposit if appropriate. Late arrivals greater than 40 minutes will result in the cancellation of your booking and the retention of the booking deposit. T&C
